Do not deny yourself the pleasure! After all, on a sunny spring morning it is so nice to drink a cup of strong coffee with a piece of halva, which carries not only a great taste, but also a lot of benefits. Try it for sure, it's not difficult at all, and it's so delicious!

Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 150 gram Sunflower seeds peeled
- 80 gram Cranberries dried
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Instructions
- Fry the peeled sunflower seeds in a frying pan until they acquire a beige-brownish color. Cool.
- Wash and dry the dried cranberries.
- Grind the seeds and cranberries in a blender until smooth. But don't cook porridge.
- Add honey.
- Put on gloves and mix all the ingredients well with your hands. The mass will become sticky and greasy, as the seeds will begin to secrete oil.
- Then transfer the finished mass into a container covered with cling film and tamp it well. Or use a selicon mold for sweets, as in my case. Put the halva in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- You can make coffee and serve it to the table!
- Bon Appetit!
