Tender Buns with Marmalade Recipe
The name speaks for itself. Tender, melting rolls in the mouth, covered with transparent milk glaze, I bake them very often and with different fillings: marmalade, jam, fruit or just like buns. The dough is kneaded in a bread maker, so the cooking process does not take much time!

- 100 milliliters Vegetable oil 0.5 cups 200 m
- 500 milliliters Flour wheat / Flour 2.5 cups 200 ml
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1,5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Vanilin
- 1,5 teaspoon Yeast fast
- 20 pieces Marmalade any, I have peach
- 2 tablespoons Milk hot, in glaze
- 100 gram Sugar powder in glaze
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of whey and 0.5 cups of vegetable oil into the bread maker container.
- To obtain a liquid, pour 2.5 cups of flour, 0.5 tsp salt in the container area, 1.5 tbsp sugar in the other corner, yeast (1.5 tsp) in the center.
- Put the container in the bread maker, turn on the "Dough" mode, after 1 hour the dough will be ready (time for my bread maker).
- Now our dough is ready, we spread it on the board and cut it into muffins, I got 20 pieces.
- Let it stand for 10 minutes and start making buns. We make out our gingerbread man in the form of a tortilla, put dragees in the center.
- Spread the dough in the center, forming a round delicious bun.
- Spread on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, and let stand for about 20 minutes, covered with a towel. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
- While our buns are being baked, you need to prepare 100 g of powdered sugar (grind sugar in a coffee grinder) or just take factory-made powdered sugar. Here they are with passion and heat, while they are very hot, we proceed to our milk glaze...
- Heat 2 tablespoons of milk in a glass in a microwave oven and pour, stirring, into powdered sugar.
- Our glaze is ready, while the buns are hot, we quickly coat them with a teaspoon.
- Strong fragrant tea and a delicate bun... yummy!
