I love this light and delicious soup of canned tuna and tomatoes. Just half an hour, and the first course is ready. This recipe often helps me out when I don't have time at all, but I need to cook something quickly.
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces. Put it in a saucepan, cover with water and put on fire.
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the roast. To do this, cut the onion and tomato into cubes. Carrots are straws. Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil and add onions and carrots. Fry until the vegetables are soft.
Add the tomato, fry a little. Add a pinch of salt and sugar, and pepper to taste. Put it out.
When the potatoes are cooked, add the fried and washed rice. Add salt to taste. If necessary, remove the film. Cook for 10 minutes.
Then add the tuna and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
At the end, add the herbs and cook the soup for another 2 minutes. Cover the pan and remove from the heat.
Delicious and quick soup with tuna and tomatoes is ready! Bon appetit to everyone!
