- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Butter or high-quality margarine, spread
- 200 ml Milk I have 6%, it is possible and usual
- 100 gram Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt just a little on the tip of the knife
- 2 tablespoons Sugar powder chocolate paste, honey, jam - to taste and desire

- Since I wasn't going to expose the recipe, I made a few pieces in the photo. And there's not much dough left in the cup. Melt the butter and cool it to room temperature. Pour the sugar into a cup and whisk with the eggs. Lightly beat the eggs with sugar until it dissolves. Then pour in the milk and butter. Mix it. Add the flour in parts (as you may need more or less of the specified amount), baking powder and a little salt. If desired, add vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly. The dough turns out to be about like pancakes
