  1. Cut into slices and fry the diced zucchini and pepper in a frying pan, add salt. Cut the cucumber into cubes. On a large plate, put the bean sprouts in the center, mix with cucumber, put warm pepper on top, and zucchini slices on the edges. For the sauce, mash the cheese with a fork, mix with olive oil, finely chopped onion and a few drops of lemon.
