Warm salad with vegetables and cheese sauce with blue mold. I came up with this salad quite by accident, when guests unexpectedly came to us, it is quick to prepare, not heavy for the stomach and very tasty, all the guests were delighted.

- Cut into slices and fry the diced zucchini and pepper in a frying pan, add salt. Cut the cucumber into cubes. On a large plate, put the bean sprouts in the center, mix with cucumber, put warm pepper on top, and zucchini slices on the edges. For the sauce, mash the cheese with a fork, mix with olive oil, finely chopped onion and a few drops of lemon.
