- Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the onion. Pour water from a bowl with beans and pour it into a saucepan. Put all the vegetables, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, celery stalks to the beans, pour water so that the beans are covered, and simmer under the lid. Vegetables can be put at the end of cooking beans, but I prefer when everything is stewed together.
