For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup BBQ facilities, any
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard grainy, any

- 2 pieces Buns sandwich, for hot dogs purchased
- 2 slices bacon fresh

- We make minced meat for "sausages", "sausages", cutlets. Ready minced meat 250 g spread in a bowl, salt, pepper, add finely chopped onion, bell pepper, grated zucchini, egg and breadcrumbs. Carefully knead the minced meat. You can make it at home and take it with you to nature, or you can prepare it directly on the spot.
- Minced meat is ready. I will make sausages or sausages out of it, although you can't call it anything else. I just have a silicone mold and I'll fill it. Put under the grill at t-200 C for 30 minutes. I have a form for 6 pieces of sausages. The minced meat remained and I made 2 more cutlets, rolling them in breadcrumbs and frying them in a grill pan. From cutlets, with the same filling, you can make a Burger on a sandwich bun.
- To collect hot dogs, you need all the ingredients for it to be ready. While the "sausages" are being fried, I'll make a cabbage salad. I'll take the cabbage, finely chop it, put it in a bowl, put sugar and salt, pour vinegar and shake it a little with my hands. Ready. Cover with a lid and let it stand. Prepare the following ingredients.
- I will collect 2 hot dogs. I'll need 2 slices of bacon. I have it raw. I'll make the sauce. Mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard will combine. The sauce is ready. Cherry tomatoes 2 pieces cut into slices. I have them D~3 cm.I will warm up the Buns before filling in a grill pan. Bacon is also fried on both sides, a little salt and pepper.
- Start collecting hot dogs right before serving. Cut the buns on one side without cutting through the other side. Inside we cover with sauce. We put fried bacon in them and put ready-made hot "sausages" on it. I have a bun fit 2 PCs. In free space the stacked slices of tomatoes. Put on top of the cabbage salad, how much will fit. Add half-rings of pickled red onion. I always have it almost ready in the refrigerator in a jar. Hot dogs are ready. Serve immediately.
