Rösti is a Swiss national dish made from grated raw or boiled potatoes with additives of vegetable or animal fats. Rösti, hash Browns, potato cakes, shredded potato pancakes... you can name it in different ways. Can be used as a side dish. Tonight I will cook a potato rösti with cheese and onions. Potatoes and cheese are perfectly combined, which means it will be very tasty.

Instructions
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, mix. If there are children, do not pepper. Cheese is good to put more, it will be even tastier. You can optionally add an egg. I didn't put it in. Fry immediately. We heat the pan and grease it with oil. If you like very fried, then fry in more oil. I have a non-stick frying pan and I just smear it. Spread the dough on the pan with a tablespoon and make it thicker so that the Rashti are well fried. Fry until tender on each side. From this amount of dough, 9 pieces are obtained. I have a pan D-24cm, baked three times. At a time - 3 PCs.
