- 1 handful Cranberries

- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt

- Form for baking (24 cm) grease with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with flour. Shake off excess flour. Transfer part of the dough to the mold and spread the sliced Apple slices on top. Top with the rest of the dough and sprinkle with frozen cranberries. Bake the Charlotte in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for about one hour. Check the baking readiness with a wooden splinter.
