- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Sugar
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 pinch Salt

- 25 gram Sugar
- 25 gram Butter

- 3/4 glasses Sugar powder
- 3-4 tablespoons Lemon juice

- Prepare the sourdough: in warm milk, dissolve the sugar and yeast. Let the yeast activate for 15 minutes. Melt the butter and let it cool. Sift the flour into the bowl of a mixer, add sugar, salt, egg, butter and sourdough. Knead the dough with a mixer for 5 minutes. (the dough is quite sticky, as it should be). Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and send it to a warm place for 1 hour. Put the dough on the table, dust it with flour and knead it well. Divide into 8 parts and roll up the buns.
- Cover the buns with a towel and send them to a warm place for 20 minutes. Prepare the Apple filling: cut the Apple into cubes and put it in a saucepan, add water, lemon juice, raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer until the apples are soft. Unparliamentary. Make a recess in the center of each bun with a glass.
