- Wash the chicken breast and dry it with a paper towel. Lightly beat off in any way (I beat off in a package and a few pieces). Take a piece of baking paper (I have 1/2 standard sheet) larger than a chicken breast, fold in half. Lubricate both halves with vegetable oil. Pour garlic powder, pepper, spices on both halves.
