- 200 gram Pumpkin the flesh of a baked pumpkin
- 550 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 11 gram Dry yeast
- 60 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 ml Milk
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Butter
- 0,5 teaspoon Turmeric optional
- 16 teaspoons Condensed milk boiled

- Mix yeast, pumpkin puree, sifted flour, turmeric, salt, sugar, eggs, knead the dough. Knead for 10-15 minutes. Add two or three servings of soft butter and knead thoroughly. The dough will be sticky, transfer it to a large container, as it should rise three times, and leave to ferment for an hour and a half.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it warm up at room temperature for about 60 minutes (you can put the container with the dough in the microwave with a glass of hot water, where it warms up faster... microwave oven is not included). Then put it on a floured surface, dividing it into 16 parts.
