Therefore, I decided to send them on an independent voyage and submit them as a separate recipe. Pancakes are delicious, with a minimum amount of flour, ideal for making mashed potatoes.

- Fry in a preheated frying pan, greasing it with vegetable oil each time. It is better to fry not too thin pancakes, because they turn out well, very tender. P.S. If you add one onion to the dough, finely chopped and fried to a light golden color, the pancakes will turn out even tastier!!! From this amount of ingredients I got 12 pancakes with a diameter of 26 cm.
