- 500 gram Potato
- 150 ml Cream
- Sun-dried tomatoes (oil and sun-dried tomatoes 1 tbsp and a few tomatoes)
- Green Onion
- 3 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- Nutmeg (at the tip of the knife)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- Allspice to taste
- Basil (for decoration a few leaves)

Instructions
- Put the remaining green onions, dried tomatoes and cherry on the last layer. Pour the remaining cream from the saucepan on top. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Cover the mold with foil so that the top layer of potatoes does not dry out. When the potatoes are ready, sprinkle them with cheese and leave them in the oven for a few minutes to brown.
