- Put the cottage cheese and vanilla sugar in a bowl. In the microwave, melt the chocolate and, shifting, put it in a bowl. Chocolate lovers can use not 100 g, but 200. Mix chocolate and cheese. Whisk the cream with a thickener and put them in a bowl. I added powdered sugar to the creamy chocolate mass and stirred the contents of the bowl well.
