- 1,5 liters Water or broth
- Seasoning salt, garlic, bitter pepper, to taste

- Liquid (water, meat or fish broth) and oil - depends on what kind of soup you will cook. Today we cook lean soup and take vegetable oil. If you take a thick-walled frying pan, you can also fry vegetables in it. Lightly fry the carrots and onions over low heat. Add radish (daikon, greens, radish), celery to them. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
