Apple Puree with Condensed Milk and Cinnamon Recipe
Quick applesauce cooked in condensed milk with the addition of cinnamon. I use it as a jam. On a piece of dried bread spread butter and spread the puree on top. Perfect with pancakes or pancakes for Breakfast. A great snack with a Cup of tea. You don't need to do a lot of it and store it for a long time, too. Local Apple season is coming soon.

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Apple
- 140 gram Condensed milk
- 0,5 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- Sugar can be added to those who like sweeter, optional
Instructions
- I will say right away that the puree turns out to be moderately sweet. For those who like sweeter, you can add a couple of tablespoons of sugar. I don't add, I'm fine. We prepare all the products for puree. Apples need to be peeled from the skin and remove the middle with seeds. Grate them on a grater and put them one at a time in condensed milk.
- Mix with a spatula. Add the cinnamon and a small pinch of salt. Again mix and put on a small fire. Boil the apples in condensed milk for about 15 minutes on a low heat and constantly stirring.
- Remove from the heat, allow to cool and transfer to a dish with a lid (in a jar). Put in the refrigerator before serving. From this amount of ingredients, I got a ready-made puree one glass with a capacity of 250 ml.
- This is my afternoon snack. I'll dry the bread in a toaster, spread it with butter, and top it with mashed potatoes. I'll have it as a jam tonight.
