- Prepare the marinade: to do this, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, sweet mustard, if desired, add 1 tsp of Italian herbs, liquid honey. Dip each piece of fillet in the marinade, then put it in a bowl, pour the rest of the marinade on top, and send it to a cool place for 1 hour.
