- We take a baking dish. I have a rectangular 20 X 25 cm. Potatoes are dried from the water with a paper towel and cut into slices, cut across about 0.7 cm thick. We put the slices in a mold, pour oil, sprinkle with oregano and basil, pepper and salt. Stir and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes at t-180 C to bake. The potatoes should be ready.
