Instructions
- Hard-boiled eggs. Vegetables - in a uniform, and it is better to bake. We are preparing everything for the salad. Today I'm going to use canned gherkins. Very nice, one-on-one! Peel the vegetables. My apple, cut out the middle. Cut everything into very small cubes. I will use canned garlic arrows instead of garlic in a homemade salad. Cut the gherkins and arrows into thin "washers". Put everything in a salad bowl. Mix it.
- Prepare the dressing. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, grainy mustard (Dijon), cayenne pepper (black, red or chili). We fill the salad. I didn't salt the salad. You can salt it to taste. The finished salad can be laid out individually for everyone, adding chopped eggs, herring, grainy mustard to taste and sprinkled with herbs. Salad can be served in a common salad bowl, cut eggs, herring into small cubes, greens and combine everything. This is another version of the view.
- The second option: on the second plate I will try to depict the likeness of a mouse. I'll put the salad in two metal triangles, like this (see photo). I will cut the egg into slices using a special device across. Make the ears and the nose of the mouse. The arms, legs and tail are green onions. I'll put egg slices on a plate, and herring pieces on them, sprinkle with grainy mustard and herbs.
