- Immediately start frying pancakes. I took a pancake mold D-24 cm. Preheated the frying pan and greased with sunflower oil. We spread the mass on it with a tablespoon, not a thick layer. I had 3 pieces of pancakes in the pan. Do not touch the pancakes until they are completely gripped and fried on one side to a beautiful color. I fried them over medium heat.
