- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 160 milliliters Water

- When the sugar melts, pour over the sauce. Return back to the stove, mix so that the caramel becomes homogeneous. Minimal fire. The amount of sauce can be adjusted to your liking. If you decide to add less sauce, then add a little hot water to the caramel. Teriyaki marinade sauce gives caramel a special shade, bananas with such caramel can be served as a separate dessert, it's very tasty.
