Bright, soft, delicious little buns with candied fruits and cottage cheese and berry filling (or any to your taste)! And you can make each bun with its filling. The dough can be prepared using a bread machine or knead with your hands.
If you use instant (fast) yeast, then all the components (except butter and candied fruits) of the dough are simply mixed, warm water is added and the dough is kneaded for ten minutes.
Then add the butter at room temperature and knead for 5 minutes. Last of all, add candied fruits, knead again.
Give the dough the shape of a ball, cover the dough with a film or towel and leave to approach in a warm place until doubled.
Knead the dough, divide into 16 equal parts (if you want bigger buns, you can divide into 9 parts), roll the balls. Cover with a damp towel and allow them to dissolve until increased in volume.
Roll out each ball of dough and lay the filling.
Good to take and put into a form, covered with baking paper.
Make an incision with scissors crosswise. Top with egg and sprinkle with chopped candied fruits.
Before baking, allow to come again and bake until tender at 180-190 degrees.
