- Wash the cabbage, disassemble it into leaves. If they are damaged, it's not a big deal. Add salt and spices to the minced meat to taste. put a pot of water on the fire, add salt, bring to a boil. Turn down the heat, put the cabbage and cook for about 8 minutes. With a slotted spoon, remove the leaves and flip them into a colander to drain the water.
