- Here is a simple set of products that you will need to make a meat pie. Small potatoes can be used whole, large tubers can be cut in half. Peel the potatoes and boil them without salt. No more than 10 minutes have passed since boiling, cool down. Cut the meat into pieces, as usual for making minced meat.
- Add egg, semolina, salt and spices. Pre-soak the tangerine crust in cold water for 5-10 minutes. After that, we clean the white part very well, literally with a teaspoon, and a clean zest remains. It is cut into small pieces and sent to minced meat. Scroll the contents in the bowl of a food processor for one minute.
- During the grinding process, minced meat is mixed very well, it does not even need to be "whipped", it is absolutely ready for cooking. Put it in a baking dish, lightly oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs on the bottom and sides, quite a bit. (for cooking, I used a cupcake mold with a bottom diameter of 12 cm, a top diameter of 16 cm, a height of 8 cm).
- If the top starts to brown strongly - cover with foil. After an hour, take it out, pierce it with a wooden skewer or a thin knife, press lightly near the puncture. Clear juice should appear, if bloody, return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.In total, the pie from this mass was ready in one hour and 20 minutes. It all depends on your technique. But do not set a high temperature right away. Remove the finished pie from the oven. Cut the third tangerine into two parts. Squeeze the juice onto the entire surface of the cake. Do not spare the juice. It will be absorbed into the meat, and it will be very tasty, and together with nutmeg and zest will give a very appetizing flavor!
