In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, grated hard cheese and smoked Suluguni.
Add the egg and finely chopped parsley and dill, green onions.
Add sour cream, black pepper to taste and salt (if necessary, taking into account the salinity of the cheese used). Stir.
Add the oatmeal and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Form balls with wet hands (I got 11 PCs.). Slightly flatten them on a baking sheet, placing them at a sufficient distance (the tortillas will become thin and increase in diameter during baking). Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and send to bake in a preheated 180 oven for 30-35 minutes until Golden.
