Ingredients
Dough:
- 350 ml Milk
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 25 gram Yeast pressed
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 5 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
Filling:
- 200 gram Cream cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 60 gram Milk chocolate
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Melt the butter.
- Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla.
- Combine with the prepared mixture, add flour and salt. Knead the dough. I measured the flour with a 200-gram glass. Pour in the vegetable oil and beat it well into the dough. It should be soft, elastic and not stick to your hands. Cover the dishes with the dough with a towel and put them in a warm place for 1.5 hours to rise.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the filling: put soft cream cheese in a deep bowl, add vanilla sugar, egg, sugar and flour.
- Mix well, put it in the refrigerator for a while until the dough rises.
- It should rise 2-3 times.
- Make 12 identical balls from the dough.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make a recess in the middle of each ball at the bottom of the glass, after dipping it in flour. Put a piece of chocolate in each recess.
- Put the filling on top. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- It turns out very tasty, hearty and fragrant cheesecakes, with a wonderful delicate filling!
