I have been eating baked or boiled dishes for a long time, in general, I eat healthy food! I offer you just a wonderful, delicious and beautiful dish - chicken meatballs baked in a puree of fresh tomatoes and bell peppers with onions and parsley.

- Grease the mold with 1 tablespoon of oil and lay out the balls. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, I took the mold out of the oven, turned the balls to the other side and put it back on for 10 minutes. Thus, my balls were slightly browned and took a "clear" shape.
- During this time, while the balls were baking in the oven, I cooked tomato and vegetable live puree and crushed it again in a food processor.
