- Prepare all the products from the list. Instead of feta, I prefer fetax, it looks like a bar, which is very convenient, because you can cut the fillets into rectangles along the width. Tomatoes for this purpose are also better to take large ones. Bacon should be cut into strips. I needed twelve strips for six servings. Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken fillet and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. We cut each fillet into plates (I got two plates from one fillet), then beat it off slightly. Rub each plate with garlic (each time updating the clove slice, removing a thin layer from it), sprinkle with dry spices for chicken and salt. Do the same with the other side of the fillet.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish. You don't need to lubricate it with oil. Chicken rolls will be stewed in their own juice, so nothing will burn) Between the rolls, I spread the remains of the sliced tomato. Place the rolls in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
