- Despite the fact that I was surprised by the high content of cocoa, butter, sugar in the recipe, I fully trusted the famous chef and did not deviate from the recipe, because you need to know how the master cooks. All products must be at room temperature. So, proceed, whisk the softened butter with sugar and a pinch of salt until fluffy, whisk for 7-8 minutes.
- Bake in a well-heated oven at a temperature of 165 * 60-70 minutes, taking into account the peculiarities of its oven. The aroma when baking is amazing, chocolate-chocolate! Cool the finished cake on the grill. The cupcake turned out to be lush and tall, I had to cut off the bottom, so to speak, for alignment.
