Chop the parsley, coriander, spinach and garlic clove-add a small amount of olive oil and 20 g of butter to the pan, simmer the greens on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly, then chop it into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Heat the pan, add olive oil, form cutlets and fry on both sides over low heat until Golden brown.
