Ingredients
For minced meat:
- 1200 gram Minced meat I have pork

Julienne:
- 350 gram Champagnons

Breading:
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Breadcrumbs

Instructions
- To prepare the cutlets, we will need ground beef, I have a pork shoulder. You can cook from your favorite meat - pork, beef, poultry or mixed. Soak the loaf in water and squeeze, add to the minced meat. Grate garlic and onion, add to minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything well and beat off the minced meat, lifting it over the bowl and throwing it into it, 20 times. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- Peel and finely chop the mushrooms.
- In a saucepan, lightly simmer the onion for 1-2 minutes, then add the mushrooms and simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated. Add flour and fry mushrooms, stirring constantly
- Pour in the cream, add salt and nutmeg. Simmer over low heat until thickened. Cool and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Julien will thicken even more, and it will be easy to work with him.
- Remove the minced meat and straws from the refrigerator. Form 24 balls of minced meat. Flatten the ball on the palm of your hand, put 1 tsp of straw in the center and form an oblong patty.
