Citrus-Scented Hashbrowns Recipe
Hashbrown is a classic American dish, which is a potato tortilla. In a modern kitchen with its experiments, you can find potato pancakes produced with the addition of meat. That is exactly what I am suggesting to your court - the wrong thing. They don't look like cutlets, more like pancakes with meat. Potato pancakes are ideal for lunch or dinner in combination with some juicy salad.

Ingredients
Hashbrowns:
- 350 gram Potatoes I have white for frying
- 350 gram Minced meat pork+beef
- Orange zest with half of the fruit, to taste
- Cinnamon a quarter or a third tsp, to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
Sauce:
- 150 gram Sour cream
- Greens parsley, onion, dill 1-2 sprigs, to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sauce hot pepper,to taste
Instructions
- You will need minced meat (chop the meat on a medium-sized grill or take a ready-made one), potatoes, zest from half an orange.
- Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, send them to the minced meat. Add the zest, cinnamon and flour. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form 8 small balls, press them down to make round cutlets. Fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place the pancakes on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
- For the sauce, mix finely chopped herbs, sour cream, mustard and a little jalapeno pepper sauce in a jar (you can replace it with a crushed garlic clove).
- Good potato pancakes, served hot with creamy mustard sauce. Ideally, serve a juicy salad with them. I recommend it with greens and orange. Bright orange is used in both dishes - in potato pancakes, zest is available, and pulp is in the salad.
- A slight taste of mustard, aromas and seasonings to taste ... The combination is perfect
