- 1 piece Cauliflower I have 600 grams
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Leeks
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 1 liter Broth Vegetable or water. It depends on what density you prefer
- 60 gram Parmesan
- 30 gram Maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary dried
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper to taste

- After the allotted time, try the vegetables, they should be soft, otherwise leave in the oven for a while longer. Remove the vegetables from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan. Set aside a couple of pieces of cabbage for serving. Parmesan can be replaced with any other cheese or even excluded.
