Cottage Cheese Donuts Recipe

Donuts:
- 200 gram Cottage cheese
- 280 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Soda
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
Additionally:
- 30 ml Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Jam to taste
- 10 gram Sugar powder
Instructions
- Add baking soda and salt to the flour.
- Punch cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar with a blender.
- Combine and quickly knead the dough, form doughnuts.
- Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the doughnuts until Golden brown.
