Ingredients
Chocolate chip:
- 20 gram Cocoa powder
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 200 gram Butter
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Curd lay:
- 600 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 170 gram Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
Instructions
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, cocoa and baking powder.
- Stir well.
- Grate the butter on a coarse grater.
- RUB your hands into a fine crumb.
- Next, prepare the curd layer. Separately in a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch.
- Beat with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Form for baking (I have 19x19 cm) if necessary, cover with baking paper or foil and grease with vegetable oil (1 tsp). Put 1/3 of the chocolate chips.
- Top with 1/2 of the curd mass.
- Next, distribute another 1/3 of the chocolate chips, then distribute the rest of the curd and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Then carefully remove the pie from the mold.
- Ready pie can be served to the table.
