Cupcakes with Peas and Spinach Recipe
There are not so many snacks, and when serving festive tables, I want to find quick and simple recipes, while delicious and from products "at hand". Did you know that cupcakes can also be served as a snack?! These cupcakes will quickly fly off the buffet plates, they are loved by both children and adults. Their speed and ease of preparation are captivating, just 30 minutes - and you have a hearty snack on the table. Most importantly, do not forget to buy a jar of canned peas.

Ingredients
- 230 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 ml Kefir
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 4 tablespoons Green peas (canned)
- 30 gram Spinach you can take also frozen
- 1 tablespoon bul dried
- 1 tablespoon Green Onion dried
- 2 tablespoons Cheese hard
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Soda
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Turn on the oven to warm it up. Whisk warm kefir with eggs, salt and sugar.
- Sift the flour, mix with baking soda, add to the egg-kefir mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Add the peas, dried onion and pepper, vegetable oil.
- Wash the spinach, dry it, cut it into thin slices, add it. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add it.
- Mix the additives thoroughly. At this stage, you can add flour or kefir, literally 1 tbsp. The dough turns out to look like thick sour cream.
- Spread on 2/3 of the molds. Put it in a preheated oven.
- Bake at 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until a beautiful blush and a "dry ray" appear.
- Cool slightly on the grill. Output 10 pcs.
