- Preheat the oven to 175°C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Cut the dough into 15 squares measuring 6x6 cm. Make diagonal incisions on each square from the corner to the middle, leaving 1 cm in the center. Using a brush, brush each square with beaten egg, then put 1 tsp of filling in the center.
