- Sift the flour. Chop the nuts quite finely, but not to the state of flour. (grind in a blender or with a knife) instead of walnuts, you can use hazelnuts or cashews. But we liked the option with walnuts more. Garlic is passed through a press or grated on a fine grater. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Yeast does not need to be dissolved separately in water, that is, immediately mix them with the rest of the ingredients. The dough turns out to be quite dense, holds its shape well.
