- 1300 gram Pork ribs
- 4 pieces Potato
- 1 piece Onion
- 8 pieces Champagnons
- 6 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- Red hot peppper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar apple vinegar 6%
- 5 slices Lemon

- We put the fried ribs in a heat-resistant mold, put half of the pickled onion on the bottom of the mold and sprinkle with rosemary. Then sprinkle each rib with salt, pepper, paprika and coriander, put potato slices, chopped bell pepper, pickled onions and mushrooms between the ribs. Add salt to taste and pour lemon juice and vegetable oil. Place lemon slices on top. The form is covered with a lid or foil. Put in a preheated 180 gr. oven for 60 minutes.
