Ingredients
For meat:
- 500 gram Turkey minced meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- Green Onion to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
For onions:
- 2 pieces Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar wine with tarragon 6%
- 1 teaspoon Berry syrup raspberry
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Add chopped onion, spices and salt to taste, and egg to the minced meat.
- Mix very well with your hands, until the minced meat is thick.
- Often wetting your hands in cold water, distribute the minced meat on skewers with a thick sausage.
- Cut the buns in half lengthwise and fry on a grate over the coals.
- Cut the onion into thin half-rings and put it in a container with a lid.
- Add salt to taste, syrup and vinegar. Close the lid and shake well.
- Kebabs fry on moderately hot coals until tender, 10 minutes, do not over-dry! You can cook at home in the oven at 200 degrees. I cooked on a grate over coals to get nice stripes. Remove the finished kebabs from the skewers.
- Put lettuce leaves on a crispy bun, then half a kebab (if you take baguettes of suitable length, you can put a whole kebab), then pickled onions. Serve with or without sauce, at your discretion. And so and so delicious!
