Ingredients
Liver dough:
- 350 gram Beef liver
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Semolina
- 2 tablespoons Buckwheat cereal
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
Filling:
- 130 gram Bulgarian pepper 1/2 PCs of different colors
- 60 gram Onion
- 50 gram Carrot
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
- Cherry tomatoes to taste
Instructions
- The liver is completely cleaned of films
- Cut into pieces and chop in a blender (meat grinder) together with garlic.
- Add egg, semolina and salt to the mixture and mix.
- Wash the vegetables, pepper, onion and carrot cut into small cubes.
- In a greased frying pan, fry and dry vegetables - onions, carrots, peppers.
- Add buckwheat porridge, vegetables to the liver dough, mix.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread 2 tablespoons of dough, put the cherries in it, fry for 2 minutes on medium heat, turn over and fry until tender.
- Serve with sauces, fresh tomatoes.
