- 2 pieces Carrot
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- Curry
- Allspice to taste

- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 3 pieces Pickled cucumber

- Mix flour, salt, curry and black pepper in a bag. Put the cleaned liver in a bag, shake well. Fry the liver on both sides in a hot frying pan, greased with a sufficient amount of vegetable oil, until an appetizing golden crust appears. The liver is fried very quickly. Cut off one piece, if there is no red spot in the middle - the liver is ready. Set aside a few pieces for decoration. Cut the rest into strips.
