Mango with Peanut Crumble Recipe
The name comes from the English word (crumble means baby). Originally, this was the name of the British crumble dessert with apples and sand crumbs. Serve it warm with various sauces or ice cream. A quick and unusual recipe that I cut out of a book about barbecue. You can cook on the grill with a lid or at home using an oven and a frying pan. It's very tasty

  1. Chop the peanuts coarsely in a mini food processor, in a mortar or with a hammer. In a bowl, mix the chopped peanuts, butter, flour and sugar. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Take it out, let it cool down a bit.

  3. Peel and cut each into two halves, carefully bypassing the bone with a knife. Give a bone with a small amount of pulp on it to the children, the other half to yourself (choose the right one). Cut the mango into strips on the flat side (not across).

  4. Preheat the pan to a temperature above average and brush with sunflower oil. Fry the mango from the cut side (grate the slices) for 5-6 minutes.

  5. Turn over, pour honey over the pulp, turn down the heat slightly and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
