Meatloaf with Omelette Recipe
Meatloaf is so versatile that it can be served both hot and cold. It will look great both on a festive table and for everyday use. This roll is suitable for almost any side dish, and you can come up with a variety of fillings as much as you like... and always surprise your loved ones!

Ingredients
Omelet:
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 10 gram Butter
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste
Instructions
- Put the eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and herbs in the bowl of the combine.
- Whisk well using the whisk attachment.
- Grease a baking sheet with butter. Pour over the omelet. Bake in a preheated 180 g oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool the finished omelet.
- Soak a stale loaf in milk.
- Chop the onion in a food processor.
- Add minced meat, bread soaked in milk, salt and spices to the onion.
- And, using a combine harvester with a "knife" attachment, grind until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Sprinkle the table with water, cover with plastic wrap (or cellophane bag) and put the minced meat on it in an even layer in the form of a rectangle. Put the omelet on minced meat (you can sprinkle with cheese) and roll it up with a roll using a film.
- Transfer the roll to a greased baking sheet. Make punctures in several places. Bake the roll in a preheated 180 g oven for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove the roll from the oven, allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces. enjoy your meal!!!
