Okroshka "As in a Mother" Recipe
It is unlikely that someone will surprise you with a recipe for okroshka, but I want to share my favorite version of okroshka. My mom is cooking. And this okroshka is the most favorite and delicious!

  1. Finely chop the onion and dill, put it in a saucepan and add salt and citric acid. Chop the greens with a pestle. We need to squeeze the juice out of the greens, not make a puree, so without fanaticism. Next, put the sour cream and pour in portions of water, stirring constantly, until the sour cream completely dissolves. Try for salt and acid, add more if necessary.

  2. Cut eggs and sausage into medium cubes, and radish with cucumber (I forgot to take a picture). Add everything to the mold, mix and refrigerate for at least an hour. When serving, put the potatoes boiled in a uniform on a separate dish. This is instead of bread.
