- 50 gram Sour cream
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar

- 200 gram Cottage cheese 9 % fat
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs

Instructions
- Prepare the dough from flour, butter, sour cream, salt and sugar (I used a food processor with a knife attachment). A ball of dough is put in a plastic bag and sent to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences and cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes. We spread it on a paper towel.
