Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 8 gram Vanilla sugar
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 15 gram Baking powder
- 4 tablespoons Poppy seeds
Casting:
- 250 gram Sweets "ladybird", toffee
- 60 gram Butter
- 150 gram Sesame seeds purified
Instructions
- So let's get started! Products!
- Beat the eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Beat for 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream and mix. I mixed (whipped) with a mixer.
- Mix the flour with baking powder in advance and sift. Add to the dough and mix.
- Add the poppy seeds and mix them.
- This should be the sticky dough.
- Grease a 26 cm long split mold with butter or cover with baking paper and pour out the dough. Bake at 180 g. 35 minutes before drying.
- While the pie is being baked, we prepare the filling. First you need to fry sunflower seeds. Fry in a frying pan - on low heat, without fat, constantly shaking, until golden and characteristic aroma.
- In a frying pan with a thick bottom, cut the butter, add the chopped candies and melt this mixture over low heat.
- Add the seeds to the caramel and mix. Depending on the type of candy, caramel can be thick. It's not a problem. You can add cream or milk - the caramel will be more obediently distributed over the cake.
- The pie is baked, but while we're cooking the caramel, keep it in the oven turned off so it stays hot. I want to say that I started preparing the filling while baking the pie, and it was only ready with the pie.
- Directly on the cake, pour the caramel filling into the mold. Leave to cool completely and only then remove from the mold. The caramel filling should harden well so that when it is removed from the mold, it remains on the cake - it does not drain. I left it in the fridge overnight. You do not need to "pull" the ring out of the mold right away - help with a plastic spatula, freeing the edges of the pie from the walls of the dishes (baking molds).
- Now we cut it and help ourselves! Amazing! Very! I want to say that caramel freezes well by itself, but when biting off there is no risk of breaking teeth - everything is harmonious.
