  1. Prepare the ingredients. The fat should be pre-melted. You can take a piece of lard and melt it in a frying pan with fat, let the fat cool down.

  2. Pour flour into a bowl. Make a recess in the middle, add powdered sugar, yeast, salt, paprika. Add egg, wine, olive oil, lard and water. With your hands, sprinkling a little flour from the edges, knead a soft elastic dough. Flour may not need all of it (I have a little left, then I used it when rolling out). If this method of kneading the dough is inconvenient, use the standard one - mix dry ingredients (and take no more than 400 g of flour), add liquid components and knead the dough, adding flour if necessary.

  4. Prepare the filling. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel, cut into rings. Cut the ham into thin plates, then you can take any meat products (brisket, raw pork or beef, ham, in general, for every taste). Chorizo cut into rings (if there are other versions of sausages, it is better to take sharp ones).

  9. Serve cold, that is, let it brew... Although we ate it just an hour after baking, the filling is crispy, spicy... Cold dough, of course, is not crispy, but not stale either... Enjoy your meal!!!
