Dough:
- 450 gram Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 7 gram Dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder
- 50 milliliters Dry white wine
- 30 milliliters Olive oils
- 60 gram Lard
- 100 milliliters Water
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
Filling:
- 250 gram Ham smoked
- 150 gram Chorizo
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs

Instructions
- Pour flour into a bowl. Make a recess in the middle, add powdered sugar, yeast, salt, paprika. Add egg, wine, olive oil, lard and water. With your hands, sprinkling a little flour from the edges, knead a soft elastic dough. Flour may not need all of it (I have a little left, then I used it when rolling out). If this method of kneading the dough is inconvenient, use the standard one - mix dry ingredients (and take no more than 400 g of flour), add liquid components and knead the dough, adding flour if necessary.
