Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 90 gram Cottage cheese soft and uniform
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 60 ml Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Filling:
- 600 gram Zucchini young
- 200 gram Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 130 gram Sausage I have sausage and smoked sausage
- 60 gram Sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the young zucchini into cubes.
- Fry in oil heated in a frying pan over high heat until Golden brown. Remove from the pan.
- Cut the onion into cubes and fry until Golden in the same pan.
- Add sour cream to the onion, stir, then cook for a minute, add the zucchini and simmer until the liquid is almost completely evaporated. Cool, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough, you may need a little more flour. The dough is soft and pliable.
- Cut the sausage and sausage into short strips.
- In the form of lay out 2 / 3 of the dough in a thin layer-the sides are required. Put the sausage and sausage on the dough.
- Spread the zucchini layer on top. Make strips from the remaining dough. Make a pie. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
